Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Your sympathy arrangement was stunning and much embraced by both myself and the receiving family members. For the services it was used on the main table, enveloping the picture of the deceased (she), ever so perfectly expressing her love for peonies/orchids and the softness of her character. Well done!!! Hope you took a picture of it as keeper to use again. The only issue was lacking delivery to funeral home, a professional logistic gap missing. I offered delivery on my own which turned out to be quite heavy and water splashing - not quite tightly secured within its own packaging. Otherwise the whole floral order was perfect and satisfactory. This is my second time patronizing Elizabeth’s Flowers and will continue to do so for future orders.
