What types of occasions do you design for?
We design florals for a wide variety of social events, including but not limited to weddings, elopements, corporate luncheons, dinner parties, company meetings, galas, fundraisers, conferences, business dinners, holiday parties, baby showers, gender reveal parties, bridal showers, birthday parties, engagement parties, art shows, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, christenings, graduations, Quinceaneras, Sweet Sixteens, anniversary parties, graduations, and memorial services.
We also offer florals for corporate and home decor, styled photoshoots, interior styling, editorial styling, realtor and contractor staging, and holiday installations for homes and businesses.
Which areas do you serve?
We offer floral design services within San Francisco and the Bay Area (San Francisco County, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Marin County, Napa County, Sonoma County, Alameda County, Contra Costa County, Solano County).
What are your pricing guidelines for event florals?
We offer centerpieces in a wide variety of sizes and styles, ranging from the minimalist to the extravagant. Centerpiece costs are dependent on size and dimensions, stem count and fullness, flower type and seasonality, vessel type, and the complexity of the design. We design original, high-quality floral arrangements for events and weddings which take place within San Francisco and the Greater Bay Area.
Event Centerpieces
Mini Bud Vase - $25-$50 This size encompasses single-flower bud vases or a very simple design including just a few flowers. Ideal for scattering in clusters along long feasting tables or adding a subtle, elegant touch to restrooms and small ledges.
Standard Bud Vase / Accent Arrangement - $50-$75 Designed for a cocktail (high-boy/high-top or low-boy) table. A bit more lush and varied but still considered a bud vase size. Perfect for networking hours or cocktail receptions where tabletop space for drinks and appetizers is at a premium.
Petite Counter Table or Side Table Arrangement - $75-$100 A deliberately styled, compact floral cluster. Perfectly scaled to sit neatly next to sign-in books, on the ends of bars, or on lounge side tables without getting in the way.
Intimate Dinner Table Centerpiece - $100-$150 A well-rounded, moderately sized arrangement perfect for smaller guest tables (seating 4-6). Provides a complete, finished look while keeping sightlines clear for easy cross-table conversation.
Standard Low Dinner Table Centerpiece - $150-$350 A lush arrangement that provides a beautiful focal point without overwhelming the dining space. The classic, highly-requested choice for standard round tables seating 8 to 12 guests.
Tall Dinner Table Centerpiece - $250-$450 Elevated designs that create dramatic visual impact. Perfect for galas, award ceremonies, and large-scale corporate banquets, these soaring arrangements draw the eye upward to maximize the vertical space of grand ballrooms. Typically designed on sleek geometric stands or clear glass towers, these statement pieces provide a luxurious, immersive atmosphere while maintaining clear sightlines across the table for effortless networking and conversation among attendees.
Grand Entryway Arrangement or Pedestal Centerpiece - $500-$1500 A highly customized, oversized focal piece. Whether resting on sleek metal stands or tall glass or ceramic vessels, these voluminous arrangements draw the eye upward and are highly recommended for venues with high ceilings. Designed to serve as a dramatic, elevated centerpiece for banquet and gala dinner tables, anchor a large ballroom, frame a corporate presentation or stage space, and make a sweeping first impression at the event's entrance.
Do you have a minimum for wedding services?

Do you offer wedding planning or interior design services in additional to florals?
As we specialize in centerpieces, bridal floral design, and floral installations, we do not offer additional wedding planning or interior design services such as placement settings, cake toppers, wedding favors, gift baskets, table linens, chandeliers, catering design, furniture, lighting, signage, tenting, dessert displays, escort card displays, floor plans, collateral, tabletop customization, etc.
Are you able to accommodate events of all sizes?
Absolutely. We bring the same level of bespoke artistry and meticulous attention to detail to every celebration, regardless of scale. Whether you are hosting an intimate dinner requiring a single, perfectly curated centerpiece or a grand wedding demanding lush, room-transforming installations, our team is equipped to bring your vision to life.
How do I begin a wedding or event consultation process?
We invite you to start by sharing the details of your celebration through our Event Inquiry Form (https://flowerssf.com/flowers-events/) or by e-mailing us at order@flowerssf.com.
Are you able to accommodate orders for individual pieces à la carte (such as bridal bouquets and boutonnieres for City Hall ceremonies)?
Yes.
Do you offer vase, arch structure, and pedestal rentals?
Yes. We maintain a carefully curated inventory of premium vessels, archways, chuppahs, and display pedestals. Our collection features a variety of styles, materials, and finishes selected to seamlessly elevate your floral installations and perfectly complement your event's aesthetic.
Can I provide my own vases?
Yes, but we generally do not recommend it. To ensure the highest quality and structural integrity of our designs (as a vessel dictates the mechanics, hydration, and overall shape of an arrangement), we rely on vases that we have vetted for proper water capacity and weight. While we strongly recommend using our curated collection of vessels to guarantee the aesthetic consistency, scale, and stability of your arrangements, we are always honored to incorporate a special piece that holds sentimental value. If you have a family heirloom or meaningful vessel you'd like to feature, please let us know during your consultation. Any client-provided vases must be approved by our design team prior to the event.
Can I provide loose stem flowers purchased independently for weddings and events?
To guarantee the structural integrity and aesthetic standard of our designs, we exclusively work with premium blooms sourced directly from our trusted growers. Therefore, we do not arrange client-provided flowers.
Which flower types are the most expensive?
Peonies, orchids, David Austin garden roses, cabbage roses, hybrid tea roses, lily of the valley, astilbe, gloriosa lilies, lilac, amaryllis, giant Tecolote ranunculus, lotus, waterlilies, anemone, sweet peas, hybrid calla lilies, antique hydrangea, gardenias, chocolate cosmos, stephanotis, king protea, blushing bride protea, and Hawaiian tropicals and exotics.
Are you able to incorporate faux/silk/artificial, dyed, or dried flowers into your arrangements by request?
While fresh, seasonal blooms are the foundation of our work, we can certainly incorporate high-end dried, preserved, or artfully dyed botanicals to create rich textural depth and unique color palettes by special request. Upon request, we can also integrate luxury-grade faux/silk/artificial accents—whether to achieve a specific off-season bloom or to create a lasting keepsake.
Do you work with living plants as well as flowers?
In addition to cut florals, we craft bespoke living plant arrangements—including lush potted orchids, custom succulent gardens, terrariums, and sculptural driftwood pieces. Living botanicals bring a rich, grounded elegance to any space and serve as wonderful, long-lasting keepsakes or gifts for your guests after the event.
