If you would like to request a certain color palette for your arrangement, please let us know in the Special Instructions box you will find at check-out and we will do our best to accommodate. (Please note, requests to include specific types of flowers will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.)
All flowers and colors are subject to seasonal and local availability. Precise stem count is dependent on the type and cost of the specific flowers included in a particular arrangement.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I've had Elizabeth's deliver on behalf of others before and as usual this bouquet was beautiful and perfect - despite it being designer's choice, a lot of my requests were fulfilled and I appreciate that immensely. The flowers are healthy, fresh and beautiful. Will definitely be using their services again.

Once again Elizabeth’s Flowers has a very happy customer. I asked for a pastel table arrangement with a hydrangea focal point. Creativity is a must, and the photos show they know how to please!

We ordered an arrangement for my sister's 70th birthday and the only direction we gave was, "She likes a lot of color." WOW! The end result was beyond our expectations and my sister was completely blown away. There were so many different types of flowers in the arrangement, the colors were so vibrant and my sister says it smells incredible. She loved them. We could not be more pleased. Thank you!
