Very satisfied, my mother loves getting "so many flowers!!". A nice touch from last year that I missed this year was the facsimile of the card showing how it would look, with nice skript. This year I only received a confirmation of the text. The facsimile was nice since I could show it to the other family members who were in on the gift. Not a deal breaker, but a nice touch.
Another nice touch would be to somehow see virtually the size difference between the normal and premium options. "Premium" doesn't really convey "so many flowers!!" :-)

I have bought flowers for friends/family/significant others before, and my strategy is typically to go to yelp, find one with good reviews, and hope for the best. And I do that every time because each experience has been good, but not great. This is now my go-to place. The arrangement was gorgeous & the setup upon delivery was amazingly simple. The lilies are starting to bloom now and I can't see what they look like in a few more days. I'll be sure to spread the word to my friends that are looking for a florist. The flowers I ordered arrived in great condition, early morning the same day and much to the joy of my girlfriend. My one complaint is the the driver took them to the wrong location. Luckily the person who actually received them knew where they were supposed to go, and delivered them himself. Service - 5 Star. The driver getting the place wrong is what brings this review down.

I booked flowers from where I am in New Zealand to be delivered to my wife staying in a hotel in San Francisco. The customer journey of booking online was great (though webform doesn't like non-US phone numbers) with good email status updates and then the Uber delivery tracker assured me that everything was underway. And the flowers were lovely too!

I wanted a special arrangement for an employee and new mother of twins and I was lucky enough to find Elizabeth's Flowers. The whole process was painless and went beyond my expectations.
I found this lovely arrangement online, placed the order online with special delivery instruction, requesting a text with a photo of the final arrangement and the window of time I would like the flowers delivered. I guess I am jaded, but I did not expect to have my instructions followed.
A few minutes before my requested delivery window I received a text of a wonderful arrangement and an email that my flowers were out for delivery. The email had a link, so I followed it to a map and watched my flowers approach their destination 5 minutes early.
I support a CEO and am expected to maintain a high level of service. That afternoon, I received a very nice note from our General Counsel and his team thanking me for taking care of this. Elizabeth's Flowers are now our go to Florist in SF.

I started buying from Elizabeth's flowers last year and can't go back to a normal florist. It is always a shock to see the amount of money this florist charges for a bouquet, but so wonderful to my fiancé's eyes well up with happy tears when she gets the vase! Prices were fair. One area of opportunity: I would have LOVED to see a picture of my finished arrangement. That would be awesome to know what the giftee received. My daughter's birthday was upon me and I searched for a florist near her office in SF with good ratings. I was very impressed by Elizabeth's Flowers' web site and loved the selection of unique selections. I selected the Seasonal Designer's Choice Vase Arrangement (Large), indicated that it was a same day delivery, included a note about my daughter's aesthetic preferences in flower arrangements, paid easily through their web site, and exited.
I received notification through e-mail that the flowers were delivered a couple of hours later! Shortly after the e-mail, I received a glowing, effusive text from my daughter with a photo of the most gorgeous bouquet I could have imagined. It was perfect and she was thrilled! I will definitely use Elizabeth's Flowers over and over again! The process could not be easier and the results could not have been better.

Sometime life gets in the way and we forget to do things. I had planned on ordering flowers Friday for my daughter's birthday on Monday, but never got it done. I usually get that the order and payment were received, but to experience the follow-through right down to the delivery, was fantastic. This is the only San Francisco florist I'll use. I have used a number of Florists in San Francisco for deliveries. Flowerssf.com is far superior in quality and value. I ordered one dozen and one half white Roses and they sent large, perfect white roses with a number of white Orchids in a white vase. The Orchids were not expected and a nice bonus.

Tons of flowers, and not just cheap carnations or something - these were orchids and dahlias and different types of roses, and so on and so on. It was highly impressive, artistically arranged, people in my wife's office were talking about it for 2 days. Delivered on time. I will never order from those massive nation-wide delivery factories every again. If you live in Elizabeth's delivery area, order from them directly, you will not be disappointed.

I ordered a red rose, orchid, and hydrangea bouquet to be sent to my girlfriends office in downtown SF - I ordered them around 9:30am and requested a delivery time between 11am-12pm just hoping they would arrive that day. I received a very excited text around 11:30 that she has received them and they were HUGE! She has been getting comments on them all week and says the bouquet is basically a combination of the most beautiful flowers in the world. These were very reasonably priced considering the flowers in them and the massive size and quality of the bouquet. I am so happy I found Elizabeth's and would recommend them to anyone. i recently sent my daughter a bouquet from Elizabeth's for her birthday. I am told the bouquet was beautiful. Delivery was very fast-- i ordered in the morning and delivery was that morning.

The flowers were terrific but they delivered them on the wrong day. So I would say if delivery on a correct day is important, then don't use this florist.

I put in my order 3&1/2 hours ahead of the anticipated delivery time and the staff of Elizabeth's Flowers didn't disappoint. My lady received her flowers an hour after I got notice that my order was en route. She loved them. Her favorite flower (Calla Lily) was included in the arrangement. All of her co-workers wanted to know where she got them so that they could gain special favor with their wives and girlfriends. My lady even got compliments because of the flowers on the streets and during the Bart-ride home. Needless to say, I was given special treatment (and still do). I now consider Elizabeth's Flower's to be synonymous with excellence.

The love of my life is obsessed with flowers, so I try to shower her in them as much as possible. Doing that regularly became a little difficult last February when she accepted a full time job in San Francisco, while I committed to 7 more months at my job in Chicago. The pictures don't do them justice, because I had no idea how beautiful and BIG the delivery would be! She has two big vases on her desk at work and 2 at her apartment. Everyone from mail room to front desk and staff are amazed how beautiful the arrangement was. But most important is how my boyfriend felt "Special". Thank you to the staff of Elizabeth's for being very accommodating to my needs. But of course flowers are fresh and in great shape when it arrived. For the price so worth it. No complaints but simply perfect.

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The only problem I had was I guess the card was a little hard to read so my friend couldn't see everyones names! Other than that, highly recommend these they are beautiful.

I mistakenly marked my delivery for the wrong day however when I called to change it day of they were more than accommodating. And the flowers were beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

This is the third time I have order from Elizabeth's Flowers and all three times I have been amazed at the size and quality of the bouquets. All three recipients have been in awe of the beauty and lasting of the bouquets.

Ordered these online and had them delivered to my girlfriend. I had never been to this flower shop but it was well reviewed and the selection of flowers was great. When they arrived my girlfriend declared them one of the best bouquets she has ever seen, and was delighted to find new flowers every time she looked from a different angle. I ordered an arrangement with roses, orchids and exotics to a very special person. The selection was beautiful, but I didn't realize that she was not at the designated delivery point. The deliverer was more than happy to adjust his route and delivery the flowers at her home. Their professionalism, beautiful products and commitment to customer service are truly outstanding.

Beautiful bouquet. Way beyond my expectations. Although I chose the bouquet of local flowers not knowing what would be included, the company was happy to exclude a particular flower that the recipient had an allergy to. Without minutes of my having called my order was sent over by one of the employees’ (perhaps the owner?) father (the delivery company had closed for the day), and she doubled my order.
