We offer delivery within San Francisco as well as pick up at our floral design studio located in San Francisco's Hayes Valley neighborhood Monday through Friday. Weekends are reserved for weddings and events. To place a delivery order, please select a product a choose a delivery date on the calendar. To place a pick up order, please select the Pick Up option at checkout and view the FAQ tab for the address and directions to our studio. (Our current pickup hours are Monday through Thursday 9am to 2pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.)
Same-day delivery and pickup is available on weekdays. For same-day delivery and pick up, if the website is still accepting orders for a particular day (i.e. the date is selectable on the calendar), this means we are not yet at capacity and are still able to fulfill additional orders.
Deliveries occur between the hours of 9am and 5pm. As we are operating at limited capacity, we cannot accommodate requests for more specific delivery times within this window (the exception being events, weddings, and funerals which require we set up at a particular time - such orders must be scheduled in advance by contacting us directly and an additional fee will apply).
If you would like to schedule a delivery to an address outside of San Francisco (i.e. Greater Bay Area - North Bay, South Bay, East Bay, Peninsula), please contact us directly as our website only supports ordering within San Francisco city limits (excluding Treasure Island and SFO Airport) at this time and we will be glad to assist you.
Please note that the COVID-19 crisis has significantly impacted the floral import and export sector as well as local supply, thus our designers will be required to make substitutions in arrangements more often and to a greater degree than usual. If substitutions are necessary due to market availability, we will only substitute using flowers and vases of equal value. Currently, all of our floral arrangements are considered "designer's choice" (the exception being single-type floral arrangements such as our rose dozens). This means that every arrangement is unique and composed of the freshest and highest quality blooms available on the market. When you select a product from our online catalogue, we will match the arrangement shown in the example photo as closely as possible and strive to preserve the integrity of its color palette, size, style, scale, shape, look, feel, mood, and texture but the resulting design will not look exactly like the picture. Our extremely high standards for design and customer service, experience level, and limited production ensure a quality and dependability of sustainably sourced product from growers we personally visit and materials we meticulously select. All of our floral arrangements are expertly crafted by an artisan with 34 years of experience to please our discerning clients who value the difference.
