We are able to deliver to any zip code within the Greater Bay Area up to 50 miles from San Francisco. If you would like to place an order for delivery to a city not listed above, please input the address into the system to ensure it is within our delivery area. If your delivery address is within 50 miles of San Francisco city limits and the website does not recognize the address, please give us a call at (415) 518-3030 and we will gladly accommodate your order. Due to California regulations, our courier service can only deliver up to 50 miles from the outermost border of the city (these restrictions do not apply to wedding/event/funeral orders which are delivered by our in-house set up team).
Our delivery fee is $15 within San Francisco city limits (and $20 to Treasure Island). Outside of San Francisco proper, our courier's fee ranges from $25 to $100 depending on the distance traveled.
Same-day delivery is available within San Francisco city limits. If the website is still accepting orders for a particular day, this means we are not yet at capacity and are still able to fulfill additional orders. For all other Bay Area cities, one day's advance notice is appreciated. However, if you need same-day delivery to a location outside of San Francisco, please contact us directly and we will do be our best to accommodate you. In the event that we are not able to fulfill a same-day delivery on a client's preferred day or if a recipient's address is outside of our delivery area, some of our clients opt to utilize the services of third-party delivery companies such as UberDirect, Lyft Delivery, DoorDash, TaskRabbit, Senpex, and Shipbird to pick up flowers from our studio and deliver to their selected area. In such cases, please select the Pick Up option and indicate which courier service will be picking up the flowers in the Florist Instructions section at checkout. Please note, however, that we are not responsible for any delay, loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the floral arrangement leaves our studio should you opt to hire a courier independently.
